DESIGNATION : CRM Executive / Marketing Operations Executive

RESPONSIBILITIES

As part of the Marketing Operations team, you will be working alongside with Phoenix Contact (SEA) Salesforce team to proactively manage Salesforce platform for the region.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible to support implementation of additional features to current Salesforce platform system
- Work closely with internal team and external partner (system integrator) to improve/enhance current system and other capabilities.
- Experience in updating and uploading dataset using Salesforce (or similar) data tools.
- Support in developing training plans and training materials and keeping materials up to date.
- Create account and profile for new user and to conduct trainings for all new hires.
- Assist users from within the region with reported issues and work alongside with system integrator to resolve it (where necessary).
- Quarterly checks and verification of maintenance list.
- Analysis of Salesforce leads and funnel health and provide proactive recommendations to the leaders
- Strong time management and organisational skills to prioritise requests effectively
- Ability to work independently.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

**REQUIREMENT**:

- Diploma/Degree in Business Marketing, or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Salesforce admin (or equivalent)
- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Team player with effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Willing to travel overseas for training and/or meetings etc.
