Our client is actively seeking a passionate and dependable Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive to join their team for a 6-month contract. This role presents an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by driving meaningful customer engagement and loyalty. With your entrepreneurial spirit and knack for organising, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring their brand remains at the forefront of customer experiences. The position offers a competitive salary range of $4,000 - $4,500 and is based in the vibrant city of Singapore.
What you'll do:
Maintain and update the CRM database to ensure accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
Monitor CRM tool performance, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams for solutions.
Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new CRM projects, ensuring system functionality aligns with business needs.
Support the planning and execution of targeted customer engagement campaigns.
Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver community-focused initiatives, including in-store activations and VIP events.
Partner with the Assistant Digital Marketing & CRM Manager to manage and optimise the email marketing calendar.
Craft engaging email content and support automation workflows to improve open and click-through rates.
Execute audience segmentation, scheduling, and A/B testing to drive campaign performance.
Respond to customer feedback via email and Google Reviews, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints promptly and professionally.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM is a plus.
A creative approach to email marketing and CRM programs.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with data privacy regulations is an advantage.
