**Merchant Onboarding Specialist** to support our growth

We are a dynamic and fast growing team that is excited about commerce, retail and payments, and the opportunity to transform these industries with data and technology.

We are looking for a service-oriented individual to join our Merchant Onboarding team. You'll be leading and executing the entire merchant onboarding process, working cross-functionally with Sales, Operations and Account Management to ensure our merchants receive the best onboarding experience when they first join our platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the entire merchant onboarding experience, from account configuration and setup (menu, payment accounts, online store etc) to training and going live
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Operations and Account Management departments to ensure that merchant onboarding, account setup and order fulfilment are handled accurately and efficiently
- Ensure the merchant's account and product configuration is optimised for their business operations
- Provide excellent support and service throughout the onboarding process

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 year of experience in Customer Success, Customer Operations or Customer Service
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with good bilingual oral abilities (English and Chinese) due to communication with Merchants
- A keen attention to detail and customer service oriented
- Tech savvy and able to manoeuvre various technical systems
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills with a strong ability to multitask
- Passionate about technology, Fintech and the retail space
