**Merchant Operations Specialist Role**

Singapore | Seeking a detail-oriented professional to ensure smooth merchant onboarding and compliance.

We require an individual who can collaborate with sales teams, review and verify documents, and maintain accurate records.

  • Collaborate with Sales Managers to assist merchants in gathering required documentation.
  • Review and verify submitted merchant documents for accuracy and compliance.
  • Main point of contact for merchants regarding documentation queries.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding experience.
  • Maintain and update merchant records and documentation.
  • Support resolution of documentation discrepancies or issues.
  • Assist in preparing merchant-related reports and operational updates.

**Key Qualifications & Experience:**

  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to reviewing documents.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with merchants and internal teams.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales Managers and other departments.
  • Prior experience in operations, documentation management, or customer support is an advantage.
