Our client, a leading regional fintech payments firm, is seeking an experienced and qualified Merchants Partnerships professional for their team. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a well-regarded organization within the Payments industry, playing a crucial role in driving business growth and acquiring new merchant relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Merchant Acquisition**:Identify and approach potential merchants, retailers, and service providers, to promote the firm’s payment solutions.
- **Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing merchants, addressing their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- **Onboarding**:Guide merchants through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth integration of the firm’s payment solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant Fields.
- **Experience**:At least 5 years of Business Development, Partnerships or Sales experience, preferably in the Payments sector.
- **Skills**:Driven, innovative, logical, people-connector, resourceful, independent, problem-solver and strong stakeholder management.
