**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**
- Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters.
- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies.
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Support full end-to-end recruitment and selection process
- Responsible for payroll and benefits administration, including submitting NS make-up claims, maternity leave claims, paternity leave claims, and childcare leave claims to the statutory boards
- Provide support for annual processes such as performance management, leave reconciliation, and compensation planning
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices
- Ad-hoc projects when required.

**Job Requirements**:

- A Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or relevant experience
- 3-5 years of experience as an HR coordinator
- Deep understanding of Singapore Labour Law and employment equity regulations
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works comfortably under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Remarkable organizational and conflict management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Maintain confidentiality in all situations.
