Our client, a Chinese Oil & Gas firm engaged in the production and distribution of various petroleum and chemical products with more than 3 billion (USD) in operating revenue is currently seeking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Generalist will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions which includes, compensation and benefits, recruitment and employee relations. The incumbent will plan and develop HR strategies and ensure that HR policies follow local law and regulations.
Successful candidates can look forward to working within a fast-paced and reputable organization.
REQUIREMENT
- Degree in Human Resource Management from a reputable university
- Additional HR certificate is an advantage
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in HR generalist functions within Petrochemicals/Oil & Gas industry is preferred
- Experience in Payroll
- Impressive abilities in interpersonal and communication skills, enabling the establishment of robust connections with key stakeholders.
- Fluent Mandarin is required to communicate to Chinese counterparts.
