Roles & Responsibilities

1. Payroll Administration

  • Full spectrum of payroll processing based on proposed software
  • Submission of government paid leave claims and NS claims
  • Annual income tax submission
  • Submission of statutory surveys
  • Preparation of HR and Finance reports
  • Preparation of ad hoc headcount and salary reports
  • Handle audit queries

2. Recruitment

  • Full spectrum of recruitment and selection process including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and shortlisting of candidates, staff orientation and also exit interviews.

3. HR Operation

  • Provide daily operational HR administration support t
  • Maintain and process transactions pertaining to employee's life cycle, e.g. on-boarding,
  • Confirmation, leave administration, off-boarding etc. .
  • Maintain sound filing systems for staff and administrative document s
  • Handle insurance related matters, submit insurance claims and follow up on payment.
  • Coordinate recruitment process including interview scheduling
  • Work Pass Application and renewal
  • Any tasks appointed

4. General Administration

  • Involved in planning and executing staff welfare activities and company events
  • In charge of incoming mail, ordering of stationary, uniforms
  • Sourcing of new suppliers to keep cost low
  • Application and renewal of licenses
  • Company Vehicle, Road Tax, VPC, Insurance
