Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Human Resources Manager to join our team at Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd. As a trusted advisor, you will play a critical role in driving organizational excellence and delivering value-added HR solutions.

About the Role

This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of employment law, relevant regulations, and industry-specific standards.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, providing proactive and value-added HR solutions, guidance, and strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
  • Advise on talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
  • Provide expert interpretation and application of HR policies, procedures, employment legislation, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proactively address employee relations matters, fostering positive employee relations and contributing to strategies to improve employee engagement, morale, and retention.
  • Lead or participate in cross-functional projects, initiatives, and committees related to HR and organizational development.
  • Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies and decision-making, providing regular reports and insights on key HR metrics.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in a human resources function, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and relevant regulations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven ability to influence and work effectively with individuals at all organizational levels.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in relevant HR technologies and data analysis tools.
