Reports to: Senior Human Resource Executive

Position available: One

Job Description: This is a full-time position

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**:

- Process timesheets for all workers and perform verification on time attendance of the workers
- Maintain all worker’s leave, medical claim, taxi claim and training related record
- Administer daily FET-RRT result upload to SRS portal in timely manner
- Handle training administrative work and co-ordination with external training provider
- Update internal databases with new employees’ information
- Ensure proper documentations of records
- Prepare employment contract and miscellaneous HR letters
- Monitor due date for confirmation, retirement, medical check-up, etc
- Ad-hoc duties as and when required

**Knowledge, Skills and Experience Requisites**:

- Min GCE ‘N’ Level, ITE
- 3 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Organized, teamwork and able to multi-task with good working attitude
- High level of self-initiative
