Human Resource Executive responsibilities include full spectrum of HR functions. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resource Management and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions
- Ensure compliance of Human Resource Policies and Procedures with the local statutory requirements.
- Perform daily Human Resource duties from on-boarding to off-boarding
- Support daily operations associated with a variety of Human Resource functions, in which specific assignments depends on department needs, but typically include a mix of work associated with employment
- Administer training related matters including coordination or enrolment of internal & external courses, update & maintain training record etc.
- Support and provide administrative support as and when required
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned

**Requirements**:

- Diploma / Degree in HRM, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
- Proficient in Business Writing and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
- Knowledgeable in Employment Act and Labor Laws, C&B, recruitment, employee relations, Compliance and Administration
- Mature and strong personality, problem-solving skill, diligent and firm with high ethical standards
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels
- Effective team-player with a positive attitude and pro-active
- Available immediately/within short notice is highly preferred.
