
Human Resource Manager

We are looking for **Human Resources Manager **to lead the HR team and partner with our leaders in Singapore. You will be accountable for all areas of HR including a strategic focus on recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and reward and talent development. This role will report into the Head of Operations and will be expected to drive and manage the complete people agenda to support the growth of the restaurant group (current headcount of 100 in Singapore) and internationally. The role has one to two direct reporting HR Assistants.
**Areas of Responsibility**:
- Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
- Contribute to shape the business from team structure, engagement and culture perspective.
Strategic delivery of talent acquisition including collaborating with department heads to understand business growth, skills and competencies required and advising on best practice selection.
- Managing the HR Assistant in recruitment operations in end to end recruitment and selection.
Accountable for payroll processing with the HR Assistant to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Establish the human resource requirements of the organization in terms of engagement retention, performance management and succession planning.
- Facilitate analytics and audits by providing reports, records and documentation to the leadership team and to internal or external auditors.
- Maintain and enhance employee benefits programs, including compensation, health insurance, expenses, reimbursement and leave entitlement.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
- Administer the overall overseas training exchange program, including inbound and outbound travel management. Manage other HR projects and initiatives as required which includes employees activities such as team building, year-end staff dinner.

- Has strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics, policies, recruitment, learning and development
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore labour laws and HR best practices in accordance with TAFEP guidelines
- Degree in Human Resources or related field with at least 3 years of HR Manager experience or Diploma in Human Resources with at least 5 years of relevant experience
