**JOB SUMMARY**
- To provide positive leadership and effective management in the Human Resource Department
- To implement human resource policies and procedures; recruit, deploy, safeguard welfare and motivate individuals for the effective accomplishment of corporate goals
- To ensure cost effective and efficient management of the human resources in support of the work of the nursing home

**KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop and drive HR strategies to be in line with the organisation's vision, mission and core values.
- Develop and supervise HR planning and organisation, learning and development, staff benefits, compensation and rewards to ensure human and organizational effectiveness
- Develop and maintain HR stretegies and policies
- Provide HR advisory support
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Manage compensation, benefits and rewards
- Manage the performance appraisal process
- Develop, drive and lead a structured staff learning and development system
- Develop, drive and lead leadership development and succession plans
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance staff well-being
- Maintain strategies to enhance harmonious staff relations
- Carry out other responsibilities and duties as assigned from time to time

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree / Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management
- 5 years of working experience in similar capacity
- Good knowledge of all core Human Resource areas - recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, training
- Good knowledge of Singapore labour laws
- People management and change management skills
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Experience in a non-profit set-up or healthcare sector would be an advantage
