Singapore Brigllent Human Resources Pte Ltd Full time

Responsibilities:

- Handle full cycle of HR functions
- Provide support to the HR Manager in handling employee relations and resolving issues
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure that employee records are up-to-date and accurate
- Collaborate with the front desk staff on administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing office supplies
- Adhere to HR policies and regulations in compliance with Singaporean labor laws
- Coordinate with other teams within the company to ensure smooth operations
- Other duties as assigned by the HR Manager

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin to accommodate with Chinese speaking stakeholders
- Possess strong knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act, MOM, CPF, IRAS, and other relevant statutory legislation and regulatory requirements
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Ability to work independently and coordinate well across all levels
- Adaptable, agile, and able to multi-task
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, strong verbal and written communication, and computer literacy
- Result-oriented, organized, meticulous with good problem-solving skills, resourceful with high initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum requirement for this position is a diploma and at least two years of experience in administrative or human resources related roles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,700.00 - $4,000.00 per month
