**Job description**:
- Full cycle of recruitment
- Cessation of staff - offboarding and cessation process.
- Assist in monthly processing of salary.
- Review and improve HR processes for efficiency and effectiveness, revise and implement compensation and benefits plans.
- Assist with company events planning.
- Adhoc duties as assigned
- if any.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum a diploma in business or human resource management or related field.
- At least 1 year HR generalist working experience.
- Able to work well in a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Detail-oriented.
- IHRP certification preferred.
