Human Resource Officer

Objective:
Human Resources Executive oversee daily HR operations including hiring, interview staff, administering time attendance records, benefits and leave, enforcing company policies and practises, and responsible for the team meeting its targets that align with business goals.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
· Handles recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department.
· Handles and manage both companies quota and provide constructive plan for cost saving.
· Handles and renewal of dormitory contracts, employee insurance (WICA, Medical Insurance)
· Handles performance reviews and salary adjustment in accordance with company policy.
· Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
· Handles worker medical issue and claim.
· Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
· Manage both excel and electronic records of employees, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
· Manage levy records to ensure HR team update and plan worker for course.
· Manage time attendance records to ensure HR team process timely for payroll execution.
· Manage and maintain company policies and procedures, comply to law and regulations.
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organization human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.
· Provides support and guidance to HR generalists, management, and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; may be required to adminster and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.
· Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
· Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
· Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
· Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
· Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
· Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
· Performs other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required.
· A minimum of three years experience of human resources management experience preferred.
· SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
· Proficient and experience with HRM system – Opensoft
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
● Must be albe to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
