Roles & Responsibilities

Requirement :

  • Minimum Masters Degree in HR or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years working experience as HR in Construction Industry
  • Must have experience in managing a work group of 200 employees.
  • Strong Knowledge in MOM , MOH, CPF and all other relavant authorities in related to work pass matters and Covid 19 related matters under Construction.
  • Good working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and local HR practices.
  • Good knowledge of Government legislations (MOM, CPF and IRAS)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • A team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Has sound foundation in HR processes and practices, preferably in Staffing, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management, Employment Legislation
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications
  • Ability to organize and multi task in a fast pace environment

Job Description :

  • Manage EPOL and WPOL application, renewal and cancellation.
  • Manage the complete recruitment process of Entry to Exit Procedures.
  • Sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, negotiating salary packages
  • Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
  • Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
  • Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
  • Overseeing the health and safety of all employees
  • Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counselling employees and supervisors.
  • Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
  • Must handle Staff and Worker Salary matters, Cpf, Levy and Iras.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings.
  • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system; keeping past and current records.
  • prepare staff handbooks
  • Advise on pay and other remuneration issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Process and generate HR monthly reports
  • Perform leave administration
  • Handle and Process staff and worker medical claims
  • Any other HR duties as assigned
