Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description

  • Processing monthly payroll for about 200 headcounts
  • Perform general administrative duties including onboarding/offboarding processes
  • Handle work passes administration i.e. application, renewal and cancellation
  • Administer employees leave,attendance, welfare and benefits
  • Assist in HR matters in budgeting, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation & benefits and performance management exercise.
  • Submission of government claims
  • Prepare monthly HR reports
  • Support in developing and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Assist in handling employee disciplinary issues and grievances
  • Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 3 Year(s) relevant working experience (including payroll processing) in Food Manufacturing / FMCG industry
  • Pleasant and patient personality
  • Must display ability to communicate effectively with blue collared foreign workforce
  • Versatile and committed individual willing to take a hands on approach
  • Familiar with Infotech system
  • Sound knowledge of local employment laws
  • Able to start work within short notice is an advantage
