**Description**:
Recruitment
- Requesting of pre-onboarding documentation
- Conducting of reference check
- Preparation of Letter of Appointment (LOA) including obtaining authorised signatory sign-off/approval.
- To send off signed LOA to new hire + requesting of onboarding documentation
- Creating of employee onboarding checklist and ensure pre-onboarding documentation are completed and communications with new hire are completed.
- Creation of HRIS InfoTech account.
- Ensure all new hires onboarding are completed as per checklist and updated on Company Vlookup, Airtables, Slack and various communication channels.
Onboarding
- Preparer will be HR Generalist.
- Reviewer will be Senior HR Generalist.
Day to Day HR Operations
- Conduct onboarding and orientation for all new hires (virtual or onsite)
- Administer and Maintain Employees Daily attendance into HRIS InfoTech
- Administer and Maintain Employees’ records, leave records, medical records (hardcopy & softcopy) in HRIS InfoTech & employee personnel folder
- Administer and Maintain Employee Medical and Insurance (Enrolment and Exit)
- Administer confirmation, contract renewals, employment letters
- Update and maintain company organization chart
- Monitor and ensure existing work pass are renewed timely
- Process travel, dormitory arrangements and immigration issues
Government Surveys
- Responsible for preparation of data for government surveys (MOM Quarterly labour survey, MOM Annual occupation survey, Dept of Statistics Annual Survey
Ad-hoc
- Assist & Participate in HR related projects and any other ad-hoc duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- Good understanding of Employment Act and Foreign Work Pass procedures
- Able to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Proficient in MS office programs (eg: strong knowledge of mail merge, v-lookup, pivot table)
