The **Human Resource Generalist **will support HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. The HR Generalist will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities, and participate in important functions such as staffing, training and development, and compensation and benefits.

You will be based in our Singapore office to support our regional teams across Asia Pacific. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with the multi-functional international teams of highly talented and motivated people.

**Key Responsibilities
**Employee Lifecycle Activities (70%)
Provide quality, accurate day-to-day general HR advice in a timely manner across all facets of HR with a high level of customer focus.
- Prepare paperwork and schedules for smooth new-hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver a unique first-day experience.
- Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding, new-hire orientations, and exit interviews, including HRIS data management and audits for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide a dedicated and effective HR advisory service that covers absence and wellbeing, conducts, grievances, organizational change, and other employee-relations matters.
- Participate in developing and executing HR procedures and policies and provide guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Support compensation & benefits, and employee performance programs.
- Provide suggestions to improve employee experience.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart.
- Responsible for leave management.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

**Learning & Development Support (20%)**
- Coordinate and support in-house learning programs.
- Assess the costs of planned programs and manage training budgets.
- Liaise with government agencies on training incentives.
- Update and maintenance for all training records.
- Administer post-training evaluation.

**Talent Acquisition Support (10%)
Support the Talent Acquisition to deliver on search mandates. This includes:

- Liaison with academic institutions on internship programs.
- Manage job postings on various portals and social media networks.
- Assist in producing relevant HR correspondence, such as local employment contracts and onboarding documentation to new hires, HR forms and letters.

**Formal Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, or Human Resources Management.

**Key Skills / Core Competencies**
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
- Knowledge of Singapore laws and regulations related to employment.
- Knowledge of HRIS, especially SuccessFactors, is an added advantage and ability to learn new technical systems, when necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness.
- Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with high integrity.
- Effective team player.
- Strong ability to work autonomously and multi-task.
- Strong sense of accountability.
- Resourceful mindset and strong attention to details.
