Singapore DR CONSULTANCY SERVICES PTE. LTD. Full time

Our client is a world leader in Banking, Trust and Investment businesses. We are looking for a Human Resource Manager (Generalist) to build up team core and be a valuable member of the growing company.

Job scopes as follow:

- Primary HR resource and partner to Singapore Trust team providing guidance and support in all areas of HR and employee matters.
- Lead all aspects of the recruitment and selection process including preparation of job descriptions and advertisements, conducting interviews and reference/background checks, and offer preparation and presentation
- Processing of monthly payroll in collaboration with third party payroll vendor ensuring timely and accurate payroll for Singapore office
- Benefit Administration for Singapore office as primary contact for Benefit broker and provider and providing support to employees on interpretation and onboarding to plan
- Consult with internal clients on various employment activity requests such as promotions, transfers, job title changes, job re-evaluations, salary adjustments, etc.
- Stay connected with local market to effectively advise local leadership on market and labour trends and compensation and HR best practices
- Support employment pass and immigration process, as required.
- Lead the employee new hire/onboarding and exit processes, ensuring that all required documentation is received and that Company's processes are adhered to
- Lead culture and engagement initiatives for the Singapore office engaging with local administration
- Provide advice and guidance to management and employees on company policies, procedures and best practices.
- Carry out other projects and tasks as identified and required by Company HR and local leadership

Competency Requirements
- Tiertiary education in Human Resources or Business with minimum five years’ experience in an HR generalist role, preferably in the Banking or Financial Services industry
- Knowledge of local employment legislation and ability to learn Bank’s policies, procedures and practices
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships both internally and externally.
- Demonstrates problem solving skills, sound judgment and decision-making ability.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to analyse and interpret information and develop recommendations for appropriate course of action.
- Strong verbal and written communication and good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidential information and operate with absolute discretion.
- Ability to operate with integrity and remain impartial.
- Team player but able to work independently as required.
- Adaptable to change.

Salary commensurate with experience.
