Our client, a financial institution that offers insurance and investment solutions for ultra-high net worth individuals is currently seeking for a Human Resource (HR) Generalist.
As part of a 3-man team, the HR Generalist will be responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions not limited to HR operations, talent acquisition & recruitment, compensation and benefit as well as preparation of payroll for the local office of 50 pax. Reporting to the Senior HR Manager, the incumbent will maintain employee database in HRIS system and other admin support functions.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Human Resource (HR) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in banks/financial institutions/insurance firms
- Hands-on payroll preparation is a must
- Meticulous and organized individuals who can meet tight deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English as this role is required to communicate with internal stakeholders
