**Essential Job Functions**
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state and federal regulations.
- Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
- Maintain company organization charts and employee directory.
- Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations.
- Assist with benefits enrollment and terminations.
- Assist Performance Appraisals and performance issues.
- Work with the safety department to track employee training.
- Help administer medical and onboarding paperwork to employees.
- Partner with safety and operations to ensure safe healthy work environment.
- Assist with Corporate initiatives

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in Human Resources, coursework or degree in Human Resource preferred.
- General knowledge of labor and employment laws
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Maintain Confidentiality

**Education/Experience**

Required:
Degree in Human Resource/ Business Administration or higher qualification. Experiences
- 2-4 years’ experience working in a human resource department.

Working Environment
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
