Job Title: Help Desk Support Officer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Help Desk Support Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to employees, ensuring that all IT-related issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in operating systems, including Windows and MacOS, and have experience with hardware and ticketing systems.
