HR & Office Manager
Job Description:
Manage the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives.
Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Develop recruitment strategies, performance appraisals, manage compensation & benefit planning/execution, employee relations exposure, training & development, grievance handling, and welfare.
Manage and coordinate all office operations, including facilities management, procurement, inventory control, etc.
Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters, managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business, or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in an HR Management role, with experience in electronics and manufacturing environments preferred.
Prior experience in setting up new office setups and establishments is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of
MOM regulations, Employment Act, and Singapore HR practices.
Proven record of setting up HR strategies, talent acquisition processes, onboarding processes, performance management processes, and employee engagement processes.
Experience in office management, designing and implementing office policies, procedures, processes, and systems such as ISO, audit, etc.
Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
