HR & Office Manager


Job Description:

  • To manage the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives
  • Maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
  • Develop recruitment strategies, Performance Appraisals, Managing Compensation & Benefit planning/ execution, Employee Relations exposure – Training & Development, Grievance handling & Welfare
  • Manage and coordinate all office operations, including facilities management, procurement, inventory control, etc.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all office-related matters that includes managing office supplies, equipment, and vendor contracts to ensure a well-functioning office environment.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Human Resource, Business or related.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an HR Management role, with experience in electronics and manufacturing environment preferred
  • Prior experience in setting up new office setup and establishment is an added advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of MOM regulations, Employment Act, and Singapore HR practices.
  • Proven record of setting up HR strategies, talent acquisition processes, onboarding processes, performance management process and employee engagement process.
  • Experience in office management, design and implement office policies, procedures, processes, and or systems such as ISO, audit, etc.
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and decision-making skills
