Regional Trade Marketing Executive (Beauty/FMCG)
A
global beauty brand
is looking for a
Regional Trade Marketing Executive
to join its Singapore office. The role will drive its B2B2C product strategy and channel execution across Asia. The role requires strong regional experience, omnichannel expertise, and distributor management capabilities.
Key responsibilities
Develop and implement the regional B2BC trade marketing strategy across channels (including but not limited to in-store, online digital, and omnichannel)
Manage assortment planning, product launches, and pricing strategies in alignment with market trends and competition across the multiple countries in the region
Optimise trade promotions and commercial policies to drive market penetration and profitability
Conduct campaign performance analysis and ensure data-driven marketing decisions
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal sales teams and external distributor partners
Key requirements
3-5 years of experience in trade marketing, category management, or product management in
beauty or FMCG brands
Proven expertise in
regional
marketing and distributor/channel management
Strong analytical skills in pricing, campaign tracking, and commercial strategy
Experience in multichannel execution across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale.
Knowledge of Asian market dynamics and consumer trends
