Votre mission
- Develop the promotional policy and annual action plans of the brands in accordance with the company's commercial policy, taking into account the expectations of the key accounts/customers and ensuring that they are consistent with the brands' marketing strategy.
- Contribute to the development of partnerships with key retailers & e-retailers.
- Formulate and validate with Singapore Marketing Director on the trade marketing strategy in line with the strategic plan (portfolio, distribution / development channel, rationalization) ensuring their consistency with the defined strategy and capacity of central supply. Share the marketing plan at regional level.
- Manage and control the marketing plans set-up (including launches plan), budget (A&P budget) and procurement vision.
- Ensure the respect of brand image in marketing, merchandising, and communication tools. Use regularly the global digital, marketing, merchandising, medical tools (marketing book, medical studies ).
- Oversee trade marketing activities across retail modern trade, general trade, and e-commerce channels. Develop channel-specific strategies to optimize sales and brand visibility.
- Develop and implement trade marketing strategies aligned with company’s overall marketing and sales objectives. Ensure strategies support the achievement of KPIs.
- Translate marketing brand campaigns to channel-specific promotions, and tailor trade programs to various distribution channels, including retail modern trade, general trade, e-commerce and on premise to optimize sales and enhance brand visibility. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Work closely with the marketing, commercial sales team, and supply chain teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall brand strategies. Collaborate on product launches and ensure cohesive communication across teams.
- Lead the expansion of social commerce, including platforms such as Tik Tok shop and Tik Tok livestream. Develop and execute e-commerce content and strategy to drive online sales and enhance customer engagement.
- Implement robust tracking mechanisms for online sales and customer insights. Analyze data to derive actionable insights and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Utilize consumer and trade insights to conduct market analysis. Identify trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
Collect and share best practices from trade marketing & ecommerce with the regional marketing team and help other countries to adopt your own practices by attending dedicated meetings. Collect and share information related to trade marketing activities (campaign feedback, launch effectiveness, competition trend, local insights, etc...) with regional marketing team.

In close collaboration with commercial team, product marketing & digital marketing for your area:
- Participate in the development of a trade marketing strategy
- Adapt consumer/health professional profiles targeted by the brand/product line to the local market and define their journeys and transform them into a local marketing plan to develop sales
- Ensure correct adoption of the brand image and values locally
- Contribute to defining the brand global strategy by providing feedback on local market needs
- Contribute to developing trade marketing strategy, in line with guidelines developed by the corporate retail division and ensure a good return on investment
- Measure the performance of omni-channel marketing action plans
