Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive Trade Marketing Executive to join our team. This role involves creating and executing trade marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility in retail. The ideal candidate should have deep knowledge of the retail industry, along with exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy : Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract and retain customers on the trading platform, including both short-term and long-term campaigns.
Campaign Management : Design, implement, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, PPC, SEO, affiliate marketing) to drive platform engagement and customer acquisition.
Market Research : Conduct market research and analyze data to identify market trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape.
Brand Awareness : Enhance brand awareness and visibility of the trading platform, ensuring a consistent, professional, and trustworthy online presence.
Content Creation : Collaborate with the content team to develop engaging and informative content for blog posts, social media, newsletters, and trading-related resources.
Performance Tracking : Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPA, ROI), and optimize strategies for improved results.
Customer Engagement : Foster a strong relationship with existing traders through loyalty programs, newsletters, webinars, and exclusive promotions to retain and grow customer bases.
Collaboration : Work closely with the E-commerce team, sales and marketing team to ensure marketing campaigns align with overall business objectives.
Budget Management : Assist in managing the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining high-impact campaigns.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/ diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in trade marketing, brand management, or related roles.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies, particularly in the context of trade channels.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, social media advertising, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights.
Proficiency in market research and analysis techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
