**Job Title:** Club Lounge Ambassador

**Overview:** We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Club Lounge Ambassador. This role is responsible for providing impeccable service and ensuring the seamless execution of all club lounge operations.

**Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to the highest standards of quality and aesthetics.
  • Prepare and serve beverages, including hot and cold drinks, and hors d'oeuvres, in accordance with hotel standards.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and supplies, anticipating and communicating replenishment needs promptly.
  • Wash dishes and serving utensils as needed, maintaining a spotless and sanitized workspace.
  • Complete opening and closing duties, ensuring a smooth transition between shifts.
  • Requisition necessary supplies, transporting them from the storeroom to the bar set-up area as required.
  • Secure liquors, beers, wines, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas, upholding the hotel's commitment to security and safety.
  • Document pertinent information in the department logbook, providing valuable insights for future improvements.

**Requirements:

  • Good command of English in both verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in a luxury hotel setting, preferably with knowledge of OPERA/MASHA systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on rotating shifts, adapting to changing circumstances with ease.
