Concierge Ambassador Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and resourceful Concierge Ambassador to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be well-organized, and have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

The Concierge Ambassador will be responsible for crafting unique and memorable guest experiences by offering personalized recommendations, handling guest requests, and managing daily concierge operations.

This role is key to supporting the Concierge team in delivering consistent and exceptional service to guests. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment, be knowledgeable about local attractions, and have a wide network of contacts across services and attractions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Concierge team in delivering exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless execution of guest requests.
  • Provide guests with information and recommendations on local dining, attractions, transportation, and events.
  • Coordinate logistics such as restaurant bookings, transportation, tickets, and special arrangements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with local partners and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
  • Greet and engage with guests in the lobby to offer assistance and anticipate needs and requests.
  • Maintain the Concierge desk and ensure the team has updated resources and materials.
  • Train and mentor junior Concierge team members to uphold excellent service standards.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management, or equivalent.
  • 3–5 years' experience in Concierge or Guest Services roles in luxury hotels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using hotel management systems (e.g. Opera PMS).
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Membership with Les Clefs d'Or is a plus.
