Job Title: Luxury Hotel Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Luxury Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our Guest Services Department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Front Desk, Concierge, Bell, Driveway, and Communication Centre teams to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Implement a consistent guest recognition program and maintain accurate guest profiles
  • Assist in budget preparation, monitoring expenses, and managing inventory
  • Evaluate and improve operational standards to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Participate in MOD scheduling and conduct regular room inspections
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve guest complaints promptly

Requirements:

  • A higher diploma or degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or an equivalent qualification
  • At least three years of experience in a front office managerial position in a luxury hotel setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing situations
