  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of professionalism.
  • Prioritizes and organizes work assignments effectively.
