We are seeking an accomplished Hospitality Professional to lead our concierge operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations.
  • Anticipate and meet guests' needs and preferences.
  • Efficiently handle guest requests and special requirements.
  • Oversee all concierge operations to deliver high-quality, personalized service.
Operational Management:
  • Develop policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage metrics to identify areas for improvement.
People Management:
  • Lead and manage the concierge team, providing training and support.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement development plans.
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Hospitality or equivalent professional qualification.
  • 4-6 years of experience in Guest Relations or similar, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
