**They are looking for highly motivated, client-centric concierge officers with a strong passion for creating memorable experiences for the clients.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for client experiences from pre-arrival to post-appointment, including but not limited to scheduling and preparing for client appointments and requests
- Greet incoming and departing clients with a genuine smile and eye contact
- Provide accurate directions in leading the client in the area of interest
- Address clients' queries and concerns according to the brand standards
- Communicate the client's needs to the relevant department
- Notify the team about the arrival of regular clients/appointments
- Maintain a neat, organized “front-of-house” environment
- Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with the standards of the company

**The Successful Applicant**:

- Customer service drive with excellent communication and active listening skills
- Adaptable and a fast learner with a client-centric mentality
- Possess a professional attitude with a mindset of curiosity and empathy
- Prior work experience in retail, hospitality, aviation, or service-related industries would be a plus
- Willing to work retail shift hours including weekends & public holidays
