Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional individual to fill a highly rewarding role as a Luxury Ambassador. This is an opportunity to be part of a dynamic team that delivers unparalleled service and experiences to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized services and bespoke experiences to fulfill guest needs, in partnership with hotel departments.
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that other supporting departments are equipped to meet guest needs.
  • BUILD rapport with guests, proactively anticipate their needs, and take action where possible to ensure high-level service.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • No supervisory experience necessary.
  • Related work experience: 6 months required.
Physical and Workplace Requirements
  • Maintain physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
