Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the delivery of exceptional guest experiences as a Luxury Service Ambassador. This leadership role involves leading a team of butlers to ensure seamless service execution, maintaining high-touch standards, and providing personalized attention to guests.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise daily operations to guarantee consistent and exceptional service delivery.
  • Manage pre-arrival preparations, guest preferences, and bespoke amenities for VIPs and special guests.
  • Conduct in-room registration, private guest orientation, and deliver customized guest experiences.
  • Perform high-touch services such as unpacking luggage, garment care, and personal assistance when required.
  • Liaise with key departments (e.g., Housekeeping, F&B, Front Office) to ensure seamless service execution.
  • Monitor service performance and guest feedback, propose improvements, and innovations.
  • Maintain accurate guest profiles and service records in the system.
  • Assist in coaching and development of butler team members.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury hotel or butler services, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of personalized guest service standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera PMS).
  • High attention to details and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to remain calm and resourceful under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
