Residences Concierge

As a highly skilled concierge, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to esteemed residents and their guests.

  • Welcome and acknowledge all Residence owners and their guests according to the highest standards, anticipate and address their needs, and thank them with genuine appreciation.
  • Respond to visitor information requests, special arrangements, or services by making arrangements or identifying appropriate providers.
  • Address special requests from Residence owners and their guests with unique needs and follow up to promote satisfaction.
  • Gather and provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including events and activities.
  • Answer calls, messages, and questions while recording and processing them as necessary to resolve issues.
  • Understand and assist with owners' reservation services.
  • Coordinate elevator scheduling for move-in/out for Residence owners/tenants.
  • Perform Lobby Ambassador tasks.
  • Report incidents, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies and procedures, ensure uniform and personal appearances are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
  • Communicate effectively using clear language, prepare written documents accurately, and answer telephones using proper etiquette.
  • Develop positive working relationships with others, support team goals, and listen/respond appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Meet quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Work extended periods on your feet or in a seated position.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury settings.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport and anticipate high-net-worth individuals' needs.
  • Local area knowledge, including dining, entertainment, and cultural offerings.
  • Proficiency in technology and software to manage requests and records.
  • Possession of a passion for delivering personalized, anticipatory service and creating memorable experiences.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability, punctuality, well-groomed appearance, attention to detail, and meticulousness.
