Job Title:
Luxury Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our security team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to residents, visitors, and guests while ensuring the safety and security of our premises.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer support and assistance to residents, visitors, and guests.
  • Write detailed incident reports and escalate to management as necessary.
  • Manage access to the building by verifying IDs and controlling entry.
  • Conduct regular patrols to identify potential safety hazards or suspicious activities.
  • Respond quickly and appropriately in emergency situations to protect people and property.
  • Assist tenants and visitors with queries and directions.
  • Document incidents and unusual events and submit reports to management.
  • Maintain effective communication with security staff and management.
  • Enforce safety protocols and provide assistance in emergency situations.
