This iconic program is brought to life by our talented team members, who serve as ambassadors of luxury, providing bespoke experiences and services that exceed guest expectations.

The Butler plays a pivotal role in building rapport with guests, proactively anticipating their needs, and taking action to deliver an unparalleled level of service.

Responsibilities include coordinating efforts with other hotel departments to provide seamless and personalized experiences for our discerning guests.

We seek a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Butler, providing exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure, in partnership with other hotel departments.
  • Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets and verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs.
  • Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate needs, and take action where possible to ensure a high level of service.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Related work experience: 6 months related work experience required.

Physical and Workplace Requirements:

  • Team members will be on their feet and moving around, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.
  • Physical ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
