Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and multitasking
Admin Manager
to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee various departments and ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities and teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
In-House Sales Department:
Oversee and guide the team in generating quotations, Delivery Orders (DO), Purchase Orders (PO), and performing data entry tasks. Ensure that the sales team is meeting objectives and following operational procedures.
QAQC Department:
Supervise and guide the team in document and certificate monitoring to ensure compliance with quality standards. Coordinate certification audits and maintain high standards of quality assurance.
Account Department:
Review and monitor monthly accounts to ensure accuracy and timely processing. Ensure the timely submission of GST, CPF, and other required reports.
Warehouse Management:
Supervise and manage stock in and out procedures, maintaining accurate inventory control and records. Ensure efficient warehouse operations, including storage, stock management, and distribution.
Import and Export Operations:
Oversee the management of import and export activities, ensuring timely processing of goods. Coordinate with relevant parties for customs clearance, shipments, and logistics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong multitasking and organizational abilities to handle various tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
Knowledge of in-house sales, warehouse management, accounting procedures, and import/export operations.
Proven experience in document control, certificate monitoring, and QAQC processes.
Proficiency in generating quotations, PO/DO, and performing data entry tasks.
Strong communication skills and the ability to supervise and guide teams effectively.
Ability to handle pressure and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
