Job Description

Position Title:
Purchasing Admin / Sales Support Admin
Working Location: East (Nearest MRT: Kaki Bukit) – Walking distance to the company
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday: 8.30 am to 6 pm)
Salary Package:
Up to SGD 2400 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
Source and purchase materials/equipment.
Liaise with vendors and monitor the purchase order schedule.
Utilize the purchasing system with Microsoft Navision.
Reconcile vendor delivery orders (DO) with purchase orders (PO).
Perform other purchasing duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Min. O level
Min. 1 year of working experience in a related industry
Having experience with Microsoft Navision is a plus
Familiar with Microsoft Office
Training is provided to inexperienced candidates
