We need you to have energy, a can-do attitude, and team focus. You will need to share our belief in empowering people through learning. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key customers, developing learning opportunities, and closing business for Red Education training courses across the ASEAN region. The role is based out of our central Singapore office. The key responsibilities for the position include: Manage accounts, vendors and channels to deliver a training plan aligned to their skills gap Develop and execute sales plans Deliver agreed sales performance targets Maintain a strong and accurate pipeline of opportunities Work with our operations team to ensure successful course delivery Build key relationships within all sales channels Campaign and event follow up Represent Red Education at trade shows and events as required (Regional Travel required) Skills and experience Minimum 2-3 years of Account Management experience (great if that’s in IT) Excellent understanding of solution selling and relating the value to a customer's business requirements Proficiency in another ASEAN language would be a plus Ability to execute persuasive sales techniques Demonstrate success in a previous sales role by exceeding targets Understand the channel market, Systems Integrators, Distributors & OEMs across the territories to help sales identify and nurture key influencers within each opportunity First-class presentation, planning, and sales skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Be a natural team player and have a desire to work with others for broader success Operate successfully in a rapidly changing environment Outstanding time management and organisational skills Demonstrate effectiveness through the forecast review process to track performance and results Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce) and ability to input lead data regularly to enable results tracking Proactive and take the initiative to get things done Ability to manage multiple tasks at once (flexible and self-sufficient) Positive attitude, energetic, self-motivated, and persistent (not afraid of rejection) Desirable Personal Characteristics Drive, Passion, Curiosity Honesty with High Integrity Team Player Proactive and Committed Focused and Committed Planning and Organising Communication Self-Motivated and a Doer Red Education will provide you with the necessary tools of the trade. #J-18808-Ljbffr
