- Provide sales training to dealers' sales teams on company retail business processes, daily sales operations, and customer management.
- Analyze dealer networks to assign tasks to sales and marketing executives, identifying strengths and weaknesses.
- Oversee administrative issues and track individual and team sales performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Accounts, Logistics & Operations, and HR teams to accomplish assigned tasks and company objectives.

Requirements:

- Experience leading a sales team to drive sales from planning to closing and consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers and business associates.
- Strong passion and drive to achieve set targets.
