Strategy Development: Create, execute, and optimize demand generation strategies to support business goals, driving awareness and lead acquisition. Campaign Management: Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including email marketing, paid advertising (Google Ads, social media), content marketing, and SEO/SEM. Lead Generation: Build targeted lead generation programs, including webinars, events, content syndication, and inbound marketing initiatives. Experience in Event Management: Manage exhibitions, technical seminars, etc. Lead Nurturing: Design and implement automated email and nurturing campaigns to convert leads into customers. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, measure, and report on campaign performance, continuously refining based on data insights to improve ROI. Collaboration: Work closely with sales, content, product, and design teams to align demand generation efforts with overall business and sales goals. Marketing Automation & CRM: Use marketing automation platforms (e.g., Hub Spot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM tools to manage campaigns and track performance metrics. Budget Management: Manage the demand generation budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum ROI. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 2-3 years of experience in B2 B demand generation, digital marketing, or a similar role. Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and lead management processes. Experience with paid media channels (Google Ads, Linked In, Facebook, etc.), email marketing, SEO/SEM, and content marketing. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or similar. Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across teams. Knowledge of A/B testing, conversion optimization, and customer acquisition strategies.
