Asia Pacific Demand Generation Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in Asia Pacific. This role requires a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in digital marketing tactics, campaign execution, and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing programs in the B2B segment, with a focus on demand generation, lead management processes, reporting, and marketing systems.
About the Role:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to strategize and design multi-channel marketing frameworks to drive pipeline conversion for APAC.
- Conduct A/B tests on various aspects of campaigns, such as email subject lines, ad creatives, and landing page elements, to improve conversion rates and engagement.
- Collaborate with digital and channel marketing teams to localize HQ contents for APAC region to create engaging, relevant content that supports demand generation efforts.
- Manage the lead lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions through the marketing and sales funnel.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for demand generation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing, to ensure alignment on lead quality and demand generation goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies (e.g., SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising).
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Results-driven with a strong ability to analyze quantitative data to determine program effectiveness, ROI, forecasting.
