Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant cum Business Coordinator to support our CEO in managing schedules, arranging appointments, and coordinating various business activities.
This role requires excellent multitasking skills, proficiency in Windows PC and Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills to liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Schedule management and appointment coordination for CEO
- Varying arrangements (domestic and international business trips, dinners meetings, transportation, etc.)
- Information management and coordination with internal departments
- Handling phone calls, e-mails, and visitors
- General admin duties (documentation, environment maintenance, expense reimbursement, equipment management, etc)
- Public Relations: general management of internal and external public relations operations, updating website, managing media articles, company brochures, ordering business cards, etc
- Business promotion: promotion of new business, grasping necessary information, both internal and external for business promotion
Requirements
- Good in multitasking
- Good in Windows PC and related tools/ Microsoft office
- Open for business trip to Japan
- Native level in Japanese to liaise with Japanese stakeholders and staffs
- Above advanced level of English to write business email
- A person who has an ownership to the assigned duties with proactive attitude
- Be able to pay attention for the detail
