Job Summary
At CLASSIC CREDIT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly organized and skilled HR cum Admin Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Human Resources Management, Finance, or Business Administration, and will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, on-boarding and departure of employees, and administering Work Pass applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recruitment process, posting job advertisements, shortlisting, and arranging interviews.
- Manage on-boarding and departure of employees, ensuring a seamless transition.
- Administer Work Pass (EP/SP/WP) applications for new hires, renewal, and cancellation.
- Update and maintain employee records, including employment contracts.
- Manage annual leave, sick leave, and attendance, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist with monthly payroll execution and ensure timely payment to employees.
- Perform various office admin duties, providing support to the team.
Requirements
- Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Human Resources Management, Finance, or Business Administration, or O level, ITE.
- Well-organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external parties.
- Administration, payroll, and data entry skills.
- Employment law knowledge and HR policies.
- Time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
