Roles & Responsibilities
At ACE TOURS & TRAVEL PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Associate cum Financial Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial operations, including general accounting, sales and purchase, and cash and bank reconciliation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and manage all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, and ensure accuracy in data processing.
- Oversee the processing of invoices, travel, and other expenses, and maintain control over hotel, attraction ticket, restaurant, and tour guide fees.
- Ensure timely submission of GST and monthly reports, and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries as required.
- Undertake ad hoc assignments as detailed by management, and maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including internal communications, and maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting and financial management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
