Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phone calls and enquiries
  • Maintain, prepare and arrange job schedules
  • Liaise with clients & technicians for appointments
  • Apply PTWs with Mall managements
  • Maintain client relationships and retention
  • Prepare/send invoices
  • Maintain company clients portfolio
  • Tabulate monthly sales/service reports
  • Assist Accts to follow up and chase payment
  • Assist in Contract and quotation drafting
